RETURN POLICY
At U3 SPORT, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. That's why we've established a clear and transparent returns policy that protects both families and the viability of the project.
Cases eligible for partial refund.
In the event of a proven injury or illness duly justified by an official medical document, U3 SPORT will proceed to refund 80% of the amount paid, regardless of when the leave occurs.
To request a refund, you will need to present:
Official medical report that certifies the injury or illness
National Identity Document (DNI) or identity document of the registration holder
Bank account number for refund
The amount will be paid within a maximum of 15 business days from the validation of the documentation.
Cases without right of refund
In any other case not covered in the previous section — including cancellations for personal reasons, change of plans, schedule incompatibility or other non-medical causes — no refund of the amount paid will be made.
We recommend considering purchasing private cancellation insurance if you want additional coverage against unforeseen events.
Change of modality
The change from internal regime to external regime (or vice versa) may be requested until June 1, 2026, paying or receiving the corresponding difference according to the rates in force at the time of the change.
U3 SPORT campus cancellation
In the exceptional case that U3 SPORT has to cancel the campus due to force majeure, a full refund of 100% of the amount paid will be issued within a maximum period of 15 business days.

What data do we collect?
Through the campus registration form, we collect the following data:
Legal guardian's details: name, surname, ID number, email, telephone
Child's details: name, surname, date of birth, age
Relevant medical information provided voluntarily (allergies, physical conditions)
Bank details for payment processing
For what purpose?
The data collected is used exclusively for:
Campus registration management and administration
Communication with families about campus development
Compliance with legal and security obligations
Sending commercial communications, only if express consent has been given
What is the legal basis?
Data processing is carried out based on the execution of the registration contract and, where applicable, the explicit consent of the interested party.
Who do we share the data with?
U3 SPORT will not transfer data to third parties except where legally required or to providers strictly necessary for the provision of the service (hosting, payment platform), who operate under confidentiality agreements.
How long do we keep the data?
The data will be kept for the time necessary for the provision of the service and compliance with legal obligations, with a maximum of 3 years after the completion of the campus.
